SOOMLA, a fast growing startup in Tel Aviv, is looking for a rockstar Customer Success Manager to join the team. We’re looking for a self starter who will own clients from implementation through expansion and renewal. SOOMLA plans to triple the company in the next year so this is a great opportunity to join early and grow with us.


  • Own and guide your clients through the technical implementation during their trial, to upsells and renewals during the ongoing phase.
  • Educate your clients on SOOMLA’s platform and custom reports to maximize the value they see with their plan and drive expansions and renewals.
  • Act as your clients’ trusted advisor by using your expertise and analytical abilities to help them optimize their User Acquisition and Ad Monetization strategies.
  • Advocate for your clients internally by working with Sales, Analysts, R&D, and Marketing to ensure your clients’ success.


  • 1-3 years of Customer Success experience
  • Client facing experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Native English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with mobile analytics- a plus
  • Empathy and ability to understand your clients’ needs
  • Solution oriented problem solver
  • Technical understanding to help guide clients through implementation and technical issues
  • Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Willingness to contribute to your team
  • Flexibility to travel abroad and work Monday- Friday as needed
  • Ability to adjust in an agile work environment
